Shipping Policy

Scope and cost

Standard delivery of Eisy One is free for purchases made on eisy.es with a destination in mainland Spain.

For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and any destination outside mainland Spain, contact us before purchasing. Transport to those areas is not included in the published price and requires prior written confirmation.

Delivery time

The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, calculated from when we confirm the availability of the goods and full payment of the order.

The timeframe is indicative and may be affected by public holidays or force majeure beyond the control of Eisy Smart Toilets.

Delivery method

Delivery is made kerbside. It does not include carrying the product into the property, access via stairs, unpacking or installation.

The customer must provide suitable access for the delivery vehicle and a person who can receive the order. When receiving it, inspect the packaging and record any visible damage on the carrier's document.
