Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Cookies are small pieces of text that are stored in your browser when you visit eisy.es. Some are essential for the website to work; others help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising campaigns. This policy explains which cookies we use, what we use them for and how you can control them at any time.
Your consent and how to change it
The first time you enter eisy.es, we show you a banner managed by Klaro (an open-source consent manager self-hosted on our server) where you can accept, reject or configure which categories of optional cookies are activated.
Your decision is stored in a technical cookie called eisy-klaro for 180 days. Once that period has passed, or if you want to change your decision at any time, you can do so through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, which reopens the Klaro panel.
Until you accept optional cookies, Google keeps analytics and advertising storage denied through Consent Mode v2, Meta Pixel remains unauthorised and Microsoft Clarity does not load. If you accept Clarity and subsequently withdraw consent, we communicate the new decision through the ConsentV2 API so that it stops using its cookies.
Cookies we use
Third-party services
When you accept optional cookies, the following services may receive information about your visit:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): processing in accordance with the EU standard contractual clauses. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Clarity): receives usage and navigation data to generate metrics, heatmaps and session recordings when you accept analytics. Microsoft acts as a controller in its own right, not as a provider acting on Eisy's behalf. It transfers data to Microsoft Corporation (United States) under standard contractual clauses. Session recordings: 30 days; aggregated data and labelled sessions: 9 months. More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel): processing subject to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Vercel Inc. (hosting): may record technical access logs (IP address, user agent) for a maximum of 30 days for security reasons. It does not install tracking cookies.
How to manage cookies from your browser
Regardless of your decision in our banner, you can block, delete or manage cookies directly from your browser:
To opt out of third-party advertising cookies generally, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or Your Online Choices.
We do not currently support the browser's Do Not Track signal because there is no industry-wide technical standard for compliance.
