What you would want to know before changing your toilet.
Will I need to renovate the bathroom?
Not always. It depends on the space, waste outlet, water supply and whether a safe electrical point is available. We check these before you decide.
Will it fit my bathroom?
We cannot confirm that without seeing it. Photos, measurements and connections show whether it fits, needs adapting or is not a sensible option.
Who installs it?
We always recommend a qualified professional: either an Eisy plumbing partner or your own trusted plumber. Availability, scope and cost are confirmed for each case after we review the bathroom.
What maintenance does it need?
Regular cleaning with gentle products and care of the nozzle according to use and water quality. The exact routine should follow the current user manual.
Is it a complete toilet or a smart seat?
It is a complete toilet: the ceramic and smart functions are built into one unit. It is not a seat placed on top of your current toilet.
Can Eisy support me in English where I live?
