Withdrawal period

The consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to communicate their decision to withdraw from the purchase.

How to request a return

Before sending the product, contact Eisy Smart Toilets at es@eisy.es and provide the order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the product has been handled or installed, where its original packaging has not been kept in perfect condition or where it has been customised to the customer's specifications.

Return costs

For a return due to withdrawal, the customer must arrange and pay for return transport. If the product has a defect or a lack of conformity, Eisy Smart Toilets will cover the delivery costs necessary for its repair or replacement.

Refund

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date on which Eisy Smart Toilets is informed of the decision to withdraw. It may be withheld until the product is received or until the customer provides proof of its return.
